Festival Challenge

The challenge entries will be on display at Te Rauparaha Arena for Festival.

We will supply approximately 200 grams of carded sliver supplied by Ashfords to be used in making your toy for someone to cuddle and cherish.  This may be dyed but should all be included in your toy.  You may add other materials as required.  Any technique(s) may be used.

The Challenge

Clothes to dress a toy do not need to be attached but choose any fastenings wisely.  In keeping with our festival theme maybe a fashion item could be included.

Toys should not be more than 30cm (12 inches) tall if you want to post it but may be brought to Festival and handed in to the Registration desk on Thursday 25 by 5.00pm.

Some awards will be made in various categories such as most cuddly, best dressed, most colourful etc depending on the whim of the organisers.

We propose to donate the toys to a local charity.
